If you want to use, you can freely download for Zoom background.

• Zoom Background ver.2023 GSGES（4:3） 
• Zoom Background ver.2023 GSGES（16:9） 

• During the symposium, we will use the “Breakout Room” function to divide attendees/presenters into 5 research fields. To use this function, please update your Zoom Software to the latest version.
• Please note this function will only be available in the “Poster Q&A” session and the “Oral Research Presentations” session.

1. Click “Breakout Rooms” in your meeting controls. You will find it bottom in the toolbar when the symposium host starts this function.
2. Select room you wish to join, click “Join”, then confirm by clicking “yes”.

You can move to the other breakout room at any time.

1. Click “Breakout Rooms” in your meeting controls again.
2. Click “Choose Breakout Room”.
3. Select room you wish to join, click “Join”, then confirm by clicking “yes”.

You can leave the breakout room and return to the main meeting session at any time.

1. Please click the “Leave” in the lower right of your meeting controls.
2. When the host ends the breakout rooms, you will be notified and given the option to return to the main room immediately, or in 60 seconds.
